The NBD reducer NCD planetary reducer is a single-stage planetary gear, and the structural characteristics of the NBD planetary gear reducer are as follows: the planetary gear reducer mainly consists of a sun gear, a planetary gear, an inner ring gear, and a planetary carrier. In order to evenly distribute the load of the three planetary gears, a toothed floating mechanism is used, which means that the sun gear or planet carrier floats, or both the sun gear and planet carrier float simultaneously. The gears in the reducer are spur involute cylindrical gears. Has the following characteristics:

The load-bearing capacity of the reducer is limited by two aspects: mechanical strength and thermal balance allowable power per kilometer. Therefore, the selection of the reducer must be done through two power meters.

First, select the reducer according to the allowable nominal power P1 of the mechanical strength of the reducer. If the relative error between the input speed of the reducer and one of the three speeds (500, 1000, 750) in the load capacity table does not exceed 4%, a reducer of equivalent specifications can be selected based on the nominal power at that speed; If the relative error of the spit speed exceeds 4%, the nominal power of the reducer should be selected based on the practical speed conversion. Then verify and reduce the allowable power of vulgar thermal balance.

If the shaft extension not only bears torque but also axial and radial loads, the safety factor of the shaft extension and the bearing life should be checked.

3、 Structure of NBD planetary gear reducer:

The internal ring gear is fixed on the box, and the planetary gear is fixed on the planet carrier. It meshes with the input sun shaft in the middle, and the rotation of the input end drives the rotation of the planetary gear. The planetary gear meshes with the internal ring gear, and the driving source directly connects to start the sun gear. The sun gear will be driven by the planetary gears combined on the planet carrier. The entire planetary gear system automatically runs and rotates along the outer gear ring, and the planetary carrier is connected to the output shaft to achieve acceleration. This is the principle of planetary transmission. 4、 The correct installation, use, and maintenance of the NBD400-50 planetary gear reducer are important steps in ensuring the normal operation of mechanical equipment. Therefore, when installing the planetary gearbox, please strictly follow the following installation and use related matters, and assemble and use it carefully:

1. Before installation, confirm that the motor and reducer are intact and undamaged, and strictly check whether the dimensions of each part connected to the motor and reducer match. Here are the dimensions and fitting tolerances of the motor's positioning protrusion, input shaft, and reducer groove.

2. Unscrew the screws on the outer dust-proof hole of the reducer flange, adjust the PCS system clamping ring to align its side hole with the dust-proof hole, and insert it into the hexagonal socket for tightening. Afterwards, remove the motor shaft key.

3. Connect the motor and reducer naturally. When connecting, it is necessary to ensure that the concentricity between the output shaft of the reducer and the input shaft of the motor is consistent, and the outer flanges of the two are parallel. Inconsistent alignment can cause the motor shaft to break or the planetary gearbox gears to wear out.

In addition, during installation, it is strictly prohibited to strike with hammers or other tools to prevent excessive axial or radial forces from damaging bearings or gears. Be sure to tighten the installation bolts before tightening the tension bolts. Before installation, wipe off the rust proof oil on the motor input shaft, positioning boss, and reducer connection parts with gasoline or zinc sodium water. Its purpose is to ensure the tightness of the connection and the flexibility of operation, while preventing unnecessary wear and tear.
